In the early 1990s I discovered FIMO polymer modeling clay, which comes in various mixable colors. Fimo is stiff when the package is first opened, but after kneading, the clay can be modeled easily with the fingertips and then cured (hardened) by baking in the oven. I loved making small clay animals, and over time I must have made hundreds of them, especially cats!
